The short answer

A compounded dissolving tablet that pairs sildenafil with tadalafil, two well-studied erection medicines, so one as-needed dose covers a quick start and a long window. Thirty tablets a month. Prepared by a licensed compounding pharmacy and not FDA-approved.

  • Taken as needed, usually about an hour ahead. It dissolves in your mouth; no water, no pharmacy line. Arousal still has to do its part.
  • Two erection medicines in one tablet, so never add another one, and never take more than your prescribed strength.
  • Never combine with nitrates (including nitroglycerin), poppers, riociguat, cocaine, or another erection medicine.
  • Headache, flushing, stuffy nose, indigestion, back ache and dizziness can occur.

Two medicines, one tablet.

Sildenafil and tadalafil are both PDE5 inhibitors, the class of prescription medicine that supports blood flow so an erection can happen when you are aroused. Sildenafil tends to get going sooner; tadalafil stays in the system longer, with a window of up to 36 hours. Quick Draw puts a dose of each in one dissolving tablet. It does not create desire, it does not change your size, and it does not work without stimulation.1

Why a dissolving tablet?

It melts in your mouth, so there is no glass of water and no swallowing a pill in front of anyone. It is also a compounded formulation, which means it is prepared for you by a licensed compounding pharmacy rather than sold as an FDA-approved product. We do not claim it works faster than a swallowed tablet; we claim it is convenient. Follow the timing your clinician gives you.4

Standard or High Noon?

Most men start at the standard strength, 55 mg of sildenafil with 12 mg of tadalafil. High Noon is 120 mg with 22 mg, and it is reserved for men whose clinician decides, after hearing how the standard strength went, that more is appropriate. Those amounts sit above the usual single doses of each medicine on its own, which is exactly why the decision belongs to a clinician. Never move up on your own, never take two, and never add another erection medicine.1

Possible side effects

Headache, flushing, nasal congestion, indigestion, back or muscle aches, dizziness and changes in color vision can occur, and combining two PDE5 inhibitors can make them more likely. An erection lasting four hours is an emergency. Sudden vision or hearing loss means stop and get care. Tell your clinician about anything that lingers or bothers you.2

Compounded. Here is what that means.

Compounded medicines are made by a licensed compounding pharmacy for an individual patient on a clinician’s prescription. They are not FDA-approved, and the FDA has not reviewed this particular combination or strength for safety, effectiveness or quality. Sildenafil and tadalafil are each available as FDA-approved tablets from a retail pharmacy; this tablet is not one of those products and is not a generic of them.4

Give your clinician the whole picture.

Heart health, blood pressure, kidney or liver problems, any past sudden vision loss, and every medicine and supplement you take, including recreational drugs. Nitrates, poppers and riociguat rule this out entirely. Cocaine and other stimulants raise cardiovascular risk and must never be combined with it. Alpha-blockers, blood-pressure medicines and certain antiviral or antifungal drugs can need extra care.3

Strengths and plans

Quick Draw, your way.

Every strength costs the same. Your clinician chooses the strength with you; you choose how long to ride. The price includes your consult.

  • Quick DrawSildenafil 55 mg + tadalafil 12 mgWhere most men start.
  • High NoonSildenafil 120 mg + tadalafil 22 mgA higher-strength option for men whose clinician decides the standard dose is not enough. Never more than prescribed.

One price covers the consult and, if prescribed, the medication for the full plan. A plan never guarantees a prescription; if medication is not appropriate for you, you are refunded under the Refund Policy. Compounded medicines are not FDA-approved.

Hard questions, straight answers

Is sildenafil + tadalafil FDA-approved for this use?

No. This is a compounded dissolving tablet prepared by a licensed compounding pharmacy and is not FDA-approved. Sildenafil and tadalafil are each available as FDA-approved tablets from a retail pharmacy; this combination is not one of those products and is not a generic of them.

How do I get sildenafil + tadalafil through Hung?

Pick this medicine and a plan length in the plan builder: $35 a month for 3 months, $30 for 6, $25 for 9 or $20 for 12, paid once, consult included. A licensed LPMD Medical Group clinician reviews your health history over secure chat and, if this medicine is appropriate and safe for you, chooses the strength with you and sends the prescription to a licensed compounding pharmacy that ships discreetly to your door or to a pharmacy near you. A plan never guarantees a prescription; if medication is not appropriate you are refunded under the Refund Policy.

Terms and Conditions

Effective September 13, 2026. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and the company that operates the Hung platform (“Hung,” “we,” “us”). By creating an account, reserving a consult, or using this site, you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, do not use Hung.

1. Who does what

Hung is a brand and a technology platform. It lets you reserve a consult, exchange secure messages, pay, and receive information. Hung is not a medical provider, a pharmacy, or an insurer, and Hung itself does not practice medicine.

Medical care is provided by LPMD Medical Group (LPMDMG), an independent medical practice, through clinicians licensed to treat patients in the state where you are located during your visit. LPMDMG clinicians alone decide whether to treat you, what to prescribe, and when to refer you elsewhere. A separate management services organization provides Hung and LPMDMG with non-clinical business and administrative support. It does not influence clinical judgment.

Medication, when prescribed, is dispensed by an independent licensed pharmacy that you choose from the options presented to you. The pharmacy is responsible for dispensing, labeling, and pharmacy counseling.

2. Who can use Hung

3. What a plan is, and is not

When you start a plan you choose a medication and a plan length and pay one price. That payment reserves a consult with an LPMDMG clinician and, if the clinician prescribes, covers the medication for the plan length. The clinician reviews your intake and health history, asks follow-up questions, and decides whether treatment is appropriate and which strength is right for you. Starting a plan is not a purchase of medication and never guarantees a prescription; the consult is a clinical evaluation whatever its outcome.

Hung is not an emergency service and does not replace primary care, urgent care, or specialist care. If you have a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department.

4. Chat first, video where required

Visits are delivered by secure asynchronous messaging by default. Video is used when a state requires it for a particular service, or when your clinician decides that seeing you is necessary to treat you safely. If your visit requires video, you will be told before you pay. Response times depend on volume, complexity, and whether more information is needed. Your use of telehealth is also governed by the Telehealth Informed Consent, which is part of these Terms.

5. Fees and payment

6. Refunds

Refunds follow the Refund Policy, which is part of these Terms. In short: fully refundable before a clinician starts evaluating your case or when there is a billing error; refundable less a $45 evaluation fee when the clinician decides medication is not appropriate for you, when we determine your situation cannot safely be treated online, or when you choose not to continue after the clinician has reviewed your case; not refundable once medication has been dispensed by the pharmacy, after a no-show, or after a very late cancellation. Dispensed prescription medication cannot be returned.

7. Prescriptions, pharmacies, and shipping

8. Your account and communications

Keep your login credentials private and tell us at once if you suspect unauthorized use. You agree to receive communications about your care and your account electronically, including secure messages, email, and text messages at the number you provide. Message and data rates may apply. You can stop text messages by replying STOP; care communications may then arrive by another channel.

9. Acceptable use

Do not misrepresent your identity, location, or health; do not seek care for another person; do not attempt to obtain a prescription by deception; do not interfere with the platform, scrape it, reverse engineer it, or use it to harass clinicians or staff. We may suspend or end access for violations, for safety, or where the law requires.

10. Content and intellectual property

The Hung name, wordmark, design, and content belong to Hung or its licensors. Educational content on this site is general information and is not personal medical advice. You may use the site for your own personal, non-commercial purposes.

11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The platform is provided as is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hung disclaims warranties of any kind regarding the platform, and Hung is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of it. Nothing in these Terms limits the professional responsibility of LPMDMG clinicians for the care they provide, or any right you have under law that cannot be waived.

12. Disputes

If you have a problem, contact us first and we will try to resolve it. These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Hung’s operating company is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where the law of your state of residence applies and cannot be waived. Complaints about clinical care may also be directed to the licensing board in your state; see State Notices.

13. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms. The effective date at the top tells you when they last changed. Continued use after a change means you accept it. Questions: support@gethung.health.

Hung · Legal

Effective September 13, 2026. Please read this Telehealth Informed Consent before you reserve. By reserving a consult and checking the consent box, you agree to receive care from LPMD Medical Group (LPMDMG) clinicians by telehealth as described here.

What telehealth means here

Telehealth is the delivery of health care using electronic communications when you and your clinician are not in the same place. Through Hung, care is provided primarily by secure asynchronous messaging (“chat”), in which you and your clinician exchange messages that are read and answered over time rather than live. Video is used when a state requires it for a particular service or when your clinician decides that seeing you is necessary to treat you safely. You will be told before you pay if your visit requires video.

Expected benefits

Possible risks and limitations

Alternatives

You may seek care in person from your own clinician, an urgent care center, or a specialist at any time. Telehealth through Hung is voluntary.

Emergencies

Hung is not for emergencies. If you have chest pain, trouble breathing, fainting, signs of a severe allergic reaction, an erection lasting four hours, or sudden loss of vision or hearing, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department. Do not wait for a reply to a message.

Clinician licensing and your location

Your clinician is licensed to practice in the state where you are physically located during your visit. You agree to tell us truthfully where you are, and to let us know if you are in a different state at the time of a follow-up. Your clinician’s name and license information are available on request.

Privacy and records

Your telehealth visit is documented in your medical record, which is maintained by LPMDMG and protected under applicable federal and state privacy laws. See the Notice of Privacy Practices. Visits are not recorded except for the messages and any images or video you choose to submit, which become part of your record.

Your rights

State-specific acknowledgments

If you are located in California, you acknowledge that your clinician has informed you of the use of telehealth and obtained your consent as required by California Business and Professions Code section 2290.5, and that you have been given information about how to receive follow-up care or assistance in the event of an adverse reaction or an inability to communicate as a result of technical failure. If you are located in another state with specific telehealth consent requirements, this consent is intended to satisfy them, and your clinician may ask you to confirm it again.

By checking the consent box when you reserve, you confirm that you have read this consent, that your questions have been answered, and that you agree to receive care by telehealth.
