The short answer
A compounded tadalafil dissolving tablet in three strengths: 5 mg for a daily rhythm, 10 mg and 20 mg as needed. Tadalafil is the long-window erection medicine, so nothing has to go on the calendar. Prepared by a licensed compounding pharmacy and not FDA-approved.
- Tadalafil opens a window of up to 36 hours. That is an opportunity to respond to stimulation, not an erection lasting 36 hours.
- Trot is a low daily dose; Canter and Gallop are as-needed strengths. Daily and as-needed rhythms have different instructions. Follow your clinician’s plan, never both.
- Want the closeness angle too? Add Campfire, oxytocin, to any Long Rider plan; it ships in the same box.
- Never combine with nitrates (including nitroglycerin), poppers, riociguat, cocaine, or another erection medicine.
The long window.
Tadalafil is the erection medicine with the longest reach: as-needed doses can support erectile response for up to 36 hours, and a low daily dose keeps a steady level so nothing has to be planned. Either way, arousal is still required and your size does not change. The Long Rider puts tadalafil in a raspberry tablet that dissolves in your mouth.1
Trot, Canter, Gallop.
Three strengths. Trot is 5 mg, the tadalafil dose that is taken once a day, so it comes as thirty tablets a month and sits on the Stallion price tier. Canter is 10 mg and Gallop is 20 mg, the as-needed strengths at nine tablets a month. Your clinician chooses the strength and the rhythm with you and can change either at the week-two check-in. Never take the daily and the as-needed rhythms together, and never add another erection medicine.1
Why a dissolving tablet?
It melts in your mouth, no water and no swallowing a pill in front of anyone. It is a compounded formulation, prepared for you by a licensed compounding pharmacy rather than sold as an FDA-approved product. We do not claim it works faster than a swallowed tablet; we claim it is discreet and convenient. Follow the timing your clinician gives you.4
Possible side effects
Headache, indigestion, flushing, stuffy nose, back pain and muscle aches can occur; heavy alcohol adds dizziness and low blood pressure. Back and muscle aches are more common with tadalafil than with the other two and usually ease after the first days. An erection lasting four hours is an emergency. Sudden vision or hearing loss means stop and get care.3
Compounded. Here is what that means.
This tablet is prepared for you by a licensed compounding pharmacy on a clinician’s prescription. It is not FDA-approved, and the FDA has not reviewed this dissolving formulation for safety, effectiveness or quality. Tadalafil on its own is available as FDA-approved tablets from a retail pharmacy; this is not one of those products and is not a generic of them.4
Give your clinician the whole picture.
Cardiovascular health, blood pressure, kidney or liver problems, and every medicine, supplement and recreational drug. Nitrates, poppers and riociguat rule out tadalafil entirely. Cocaine and other stimulants must never be combined with it. Blood-pressure, prostate, antiviral and antifungal medicines need extra review.1
Strengths and plans
Long Rider, your way.
Each strength names its price tier. Your clinician chooses the strength with you; you choose how long to ride. The price includes your consult.
- TrotTadalafil 5 mg dissolving tablet, one a dayStallion tier · 30 a month. The daily rhythm: one tablet a day, thirty a month, so the medicine is always on board. Priced on the Stallion tier because it is thirty tablets rather than nine.

Saddle tier Canter, Gallop
The bundle. Add Campfire, oxytocin, to any Long Rider plan for $19 a month (Ember) or $35 (Blaze). Switch it on in the plan builder. Nine tablets a month, in the same box as your ride. Ember $19 a month, Blaze $35. Off-label, compounded, limited evidence. Your clinician decides.
One price covers the consult and, if prescribed, the medication for the full plan. A plan never guarantees a prescription; if medication is not appropriate for you, you are refunded under the Refund Policy. Compounded medicines are not FDA-approved.
