The short answer

A compounded dissolving tablet that pairs tadalafil, the long-window erection medicine, with a low dose of oxytocin, the hormone people associate with closeness. Three strengths, from a low daily-style dose to a full as-needed dose. Oxytocin’s use here is off-label with limited evidence. Prepared by a licensed compounding pharmacy and not FDA-approved.

  • Tadalafil opens a window of up to 36 hours. That is an opportunity to respond to stimulation, not an erection lasting 36 hours.
  • Trot is a low, daily-style dose; Canter and Gallop are as-needed strengths. Daily and as-needed regimens have different instructions. Follow your clinician’s plan, never both.
  • Oxytocin here is off-label and compounded. The evidence for sexual-health benefit is limited and mixed; tadalafil does the heavy lifting.
  • Never combine with nitrates (including nitroglycerin), poppers, riociguat, cocaine, or another erection medicine.

The long window.

Tadalafil is the erection medicine with the longest reach: as-needed doses can support erectile response for up to 36 hours, and a low daily dose keeps a steady level so nothing has to be planned. Either way, arousal is still required and your size does not change. The Long Rider puts tadalafil in a tablet that dissolves in your mouth.1

About the oxytocin.

Oxytocin is a hormone the body releases around touch, orgasm and bonding, which is why people talk about it for connection. The research on giving it for sexual health is small and mixed: one randomized trial found effects on some aspects of sexual experience without improving desire or erectile function. Its use in this tablet is off-label, and we do not promise a chemistry effect. If the tadalafil is doing its job and the oxytocin is doing nothing, you will still have had a good night.2

Trot, Canter, Gallop.

Three strengths of tadalafil, each with 100 IU of oxytocin. Trot is 5 mg, the tadalafil dose that is often taken once daily. Canter is 10 mg and Gallop is 20 mg, the as-needed strengths. Your clinician chooses the strength and the rhythm with you and can change either at the week-two check-in. Never take the daily and the as-needed regimens together, and never add another erection medicine.1

Possible side effects

From the tadalafil: headache, indigestion, flushing, stuffy nose, back pain and muscle aches; heavy alcohol adds dizziness and low blood pressure. From low-dose oral oxytocin the data are thin; headache and nausea have been reported with oxytocin by other routes, and the fluid-balance and cardiovascular risks known from oxytocin injection cannot be directly measured for a compounded tablet. An erection lasting four hours is an emergency.3

Compounded and off-label. Here is what that means.

This tablet is prepared for you by a licensed compounding pharmacy on a clinician’s prescription. It is not FDA-approved, and the FDA has not reviewed the combination for safety, effectiveness or quality. Tadalafil on its own is available as FDA-approved tablets from a retail pharmacy; this is not one of those products. The approved oxytocin product is an injection with obstetric uses; oxytocin for men’s sexual health is off-label.4

Cardiovascular health, blood pressure, kidney or liver problems, and every medicine, supplement and recreational drug. Nitrates, poppers and riociguat rule out tadalafil entirely. Cocaine and other stimulants must never be combined with it. Blood-pressure, prostate, antiviral and antifungal medicines need extra review.1

Is tadalafil + oxytocin FDA-approved for this use?

No. This is a compounded dissolving tablet and is not FDA-approved. Tadalafil is available as FDA-approved tablets from a retail pharmacy; oxytocin for men’s sexual health is off-label, and the approved oxytocin product is an injection with obstetric uses.

Terms and Conditions

Effective September 13, 2026. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and the company that operates the Hung platform (“Hung,” “we,” “us”). By creating an account, reserving a consult, or using this site, you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, do not use Hung.

1. Who does what

Hung is a brand and a technology platform. It lets you reserve a consult, exchange secure messages, pay, and receive information. Hung is not a medical provider, a pharmacy, or an insurer, and Hung itself does not practice medicine.

Medical care is provided by LPMD Medical Group (LPMDMG), an independent medical practice, through clinicians licensed to treat patients in the state where you are located during your visit. LPMDMG clinicians alone decide whether to treat you, what to prescribe, and when to refer you elsewhere. A separate management services organization provides Hung and LPMDMG with non-clinical business and administrative support. It does not influence clinical judgment.

Medication, when prescribed, is dispensed by an independent licensed pharmacy that you choose from the options presented to you. The pharmacy is responsible for dispensing, labeling, and pharmacy counseling.

3. What a plan is, and is not

When you start a plan you choose a medication and a plan length and pay one price. That payment reserves a consult with an LPMDMG clinician and, if the clinician prescribes, covers the medication for the plan length. The clinician reviews your intake and health history, asks follow-up questions, and decides whether treatment is appropriate and which strength is right for you. Starting a plan is not a purchase of medication and never guarantees a prescription; the consult is a clinical evaluation whatever its outcome.

Hung is not an emergency service and does not replace primary care, urgent care, or specialist care. If you have a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department.

4. Chat first, video where required

Visits are delivered by secure asynchronous messaging by default. Video is used when a state requires it for a particular service, or when your clinician decides that seeing you is necessary to treat you safely. If your visit requires video, you will be told before you pay. Response times depend on volume, complexity, and whether more information is needed. Your use of telehealth is also governed by the Telehealth Informed Consent, which is part of these Terms.

Refunds follow the Refund Policy, which is part of these Terms. In short: fully refundable before a clinician starts evaluating your case or when there is a billing error; refundable less a $45 evaluation fee when the clinician decides medication is not appropriate for you, when we determine your situation cannot safely be treated online, or when you choose not to continue after the clinician has reviewed your case; not refundable once medication has been dispensed by the pharmacy, after a no-show, or after a very late cancellation. Dispensed prescription medication cannot be returned.

8. Your account and communications

Keep your login credentials private and tell us at once if you suspect unauthorized use. You agree to receive communications about your care and your account electronically, including secure messages, email, and text messages at the number you provide. Message and data rates may apply. You can stop text messages by replying STOP; care communications may then arrive by another channel.

9. Acceptable use

Do not misrepresent your identity, location, or health; do not seek care for another person; do not attempt to obtain a prescription by deception; do not interfere with the platform, scrape it, reverse engineer it, or use it to harass clinicians or staff. We may suspend or end access for violations, for safety, or where the law requires.

10. Content and intellectual property

The Hung name, wordmark, design, and content belong to Hung or its licensors. Educational content on this site is general information and is not personal medical advice. You may use the site for your own personal, non-commercial purposes.

11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The platform is provided as is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hung disclaims warranties of any kind regarding the platform, and Hung is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of it. Nothing in these Terms limits the professional responsibility of LPMDMG clinicians for the care they provide, or any right you have under law that cannot be waived.

12. Disputes

If you have a problem, contact us first and we will try to resolve it. These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Hung’s operating company is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where the law of your state of residence applies and cannot be waived. Complaints about clinical care may also be directed to the licensing board in your state; see State Notices.

13. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms. The effective date at the top tells you when they last changed. Continued use after a change means you accept it. Questions: support@gethung.health.

We keep account and health information for as long as needed to provide care and as required by medical-record retention laws in the states we serve, then delete or de-identify it. Payment records are kept as required for tax and accounting purposes.

Security

We use encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, logging, and vendor agreements to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects you, we will notify you as the law requires.

Your choices and rights

Children

Hung is for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If we learn we have, we will delete it.

We are required by law to maintain the privacy of your protected health information, to give you this Notice, to follow its terms, and to notify you if a breach of your unsecured health information occurs. We may change this Notice; the current version is always available here and on request.

We will not use or disclose your health information for marketing, sell it, or share psychotherapy notes without your written authorization. You may revoke an authorization in writing at any time, except to the extent we have already acted on it.

Effective September 13, 2026. Please read this Telehealth Informed Consent before you reserve. By reserving a consult and checking the consent box, you agree to receive care from LPMD Medical Group (LPMDMG) clinicians by telehealth as described here.

What telehealth means here

Telehealth is the delivery of health care using electronic communications when you and your clinician are not in the same place. Through Hung, care is provided primarily by secure asynchronous messaging (“chat”), in which you and your clinician exchange messages that are read and answered over time rather than live. Video is used when a state requires it for a particular service or when your clinician decides that seeing you is necessary to treat you safely. You will be told before you pay if your visit requires video.

You may seek care in person from your own clinician, an urgent care center, or a specialist at any time. Telehealth through Hung is voluntary.

Emergencies

Hung is not for emergencies. If you have chest pain, trouble breathing, fainting, signs of a severe allergic reaction, an erection lasting four hours, or sudden loss of vision or hearing, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department. Do not wait for a reply to a message.

Clinician licensing and your location

Your clinician is licensed to practice in the state where you are physically located during your visit. You agree to tell us truthfully where you are, and to let us know if you are in a different state at the time of a follow-up. Your clinician’s name and license information are available on request.

Privacy and records

Your telehealth visit is documented in your medical record, which is maintained by LPMDMG and protected under applicable federal and state privacy laws. See the Notice of Privacy Practices. Visits are not recorded except for the messages and any images or video you choose to submit, which become part of your record.

Your rights

State-specific acknowledgments

If you are located in California, you acknowledge that your clinician has informed you of the use of telehealth and obtained your consent as required by California Business and Professions Code section 2290.5, and that you have been given information about how to receive follow-up care or assistance in the event of an adverse reaction or an inability to communicate as a result of technical failure. If you are located in another state with specific telehealth consent requirements, this consent is intended to satisfy them, and your clinician may ask you to confirm it again.

By checking the consent box when you reserve, you confirm that you have read this consent, that your questions have been answered, and that you agree to receive care by telehealth.

Consumer Health Data Privacy Notice

Effective September 13, 2026. This Consumer Health Data Privacy Notice supplements our Privacy Policy for residents of Washington, Nevada, and Connecticut, and for anyone whose consumer health data is collected in those states, as required by the Washington My Health My Data Act and similar laws. Where information is protected health information under HIPAA, the Notice of Privacy Practices applies instead.

Directly from you, through your account, intake, and messages, and from the clinicians and pharmacies involved in your care.

Why we collect it

To provide the health care services you request, to connect you with clinicians and pharmacies, to process payment, to secure the platform, and to meet legal obligations. We do not use consumer health data for advertising.

Who we share it with

LPMD Medical Group clinicians; the pharmacy you choose; service providers and processors bound by contract to act only on our instructions; and, when required, government authorities. We do not sell consumer health data, and we will not do so without the separate, signed authorization the law requires.

California Privacy Notice

Effective September 13, 2026. This California Privacy Notice supplements our Privacy Policy for California residents under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (“CCPA”). Medical information governed by HIPAA or the California Confidentiality of Medical Information Act is covered by the Notice of Privacy Practices rather than the CCPA.

Notice at collection

In the past 12 months, and going forward, we collect the following categories of personal information for the purposes described in the Privacy Policy: identifiers (name, email, phone, address, account credentials); personal records (date of birth, payment card details held by our processor); characteristics of protected classifications (age, sex) to the extent you share them for care; commercial information (consults reserved, medications prescribed); internet and network activity (server logs, device information); coarse geolocation (state); sensitive personal information (health information and account credentials). We retain each category for as long as needed to provide care and as required by medical-record and financial retention laws, then delete or de-identify it.

Sale and sharing

We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We have not done so in the preceding 12 months. We do not knowingly collect or sell the personal information of anyone under 16. Because we do not sell or share, there is no opt-out to complete, but you may still tell us your preference using the “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link in the footer, and we honor Global Privacy Control signals from your browser.

Sensitive personal information

We use sensitive personal information only to provide the services you request, to secure your account, to prevent fraud, and to comply with the law. We do not use it to infer characteristics about you for other purposes.

Your rights

How to exercise your rights

Email privacy@gethung.health with the subject line “California privacy request,” or use the request tools in your account. We will verify your identity by matching information you provide to information we hold, and we may ask for more if needed. You may use an authorized agent; we will ask the agent for proof of your written permission and may ask you to confirm. We respond within 45 days and will tell you if we need more time.

Shine the Light

California Civil Code section 1798.83 lets California residents ask once a year about disclosures of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing. We do not make such disclosures.

Refund Policy

Effective September 13, 2026. This Refund Policy applies to the plan price you pay when you start a plan, which covers your consult and, if prescribed, your medication for the plan length. Dispensed prescription medication cannot be returned.

Fully refundable

Refundable less a $45 evaluation fee

The $45 covers the clinician’s evaluation, which happens whatever the outcome. We tell you the refund amount before it is issued.

Not refundable

Changing your plan

If your clinician changes your medication or strength during the plan, the plan price does not change. If you want to move to a longer plan, message us and we will apply what you have paid toward it.

How to request a refund

Message us through your account or email support@gethung.health with the email address on your account and the date you started your plan. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank. We will work with you to resolve it. Accounts with unresolved chargebacks may be suspended.

Accessibility Statement

Our standard

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. On this site that means readable contrast, text that scales, full keyboard operation including for the medication notes and guides, visible focus indicators, labeled controls, captions or text alternatives for media, and respect for your reduced-motion setting.

Known limitations

Decorative animations are disabled when your system requests reduced motion. Third-party services used for payment and video visits have their own accessibility practices; tell us if one gets in your way and we will help you complete your visit another way.

Feedback

If any part of Hung is hard to use, email support@gethung.health with the page and the problem. We respond within five business days and will offer an alternative way to get the information or complete the task while we fix it.

California

NOTICE TO CONSUMERS: Medical doctors are licensed and regulated by the Medical Board of California, (800) 633-2322, www.mbc.ca.gov. Nurse practitioners are licensed and regulated by the California Board of Registered Nursing, (916) 322-3350, www.rn.ca.gov. Physician assistants are licensed and regulated by the Physician Assistant Board, (916) 561-8780, www.pab.ca.gov. California patients also receive the California Privacy Notice and consent to telehealth under Business and Professions Code section 2290.5 (see Telehealth Informed Consent).

Compounded and off-label medications

Some options offered through Hung are compounded preparations from licensed compounding pharmacies, and some are prescribed off-label. Compounded drugs are not FDA-approved and have not been evaluated by FDA for safety, effectiveness, or quality. Off-label use means a clinician is prescribing a medicine for a purpose other than its approved indication based on their professional judgment. Your clinician will explain both before prescribing, and the medication guides on this site describe the evidence and its limits.
