Staying power.
Fifteen things, most of them free, that help a man rise to the occasion and hold his ground. Sleep, drinks, the gym, the muscle nobody mentions, and how to get more out of the medicine. From the clinicians, with sources.
A word between men
We all need a little help getting Hung sometimes.
Stress. Sleep. Blood pressure. One too many at the wedding. Life gets in the way of rising to the occasion, and around 30 million men in the U.S. have been there. Most of them never say a word. Consider this the word.
Source: NIDDK, definition and facts.
It happens.
To athletes, to CEOs, to the guy who won’t stop talking about his deadlift. Even stallions have off days. Once in a while is normal. Regularly is worth a conversation.
Nobody’s keeping score.
Half the internet is lying about it anyway. A clinician is the one person who has heard it all and has an actual plan.
Usually very treatable.
Well-studied medicines, one honest conversation, and a plan that fits your life. Your pants stay on for the entire visit.
Nothing to prove here.
The waiting room is your couch, the paperwork is a few questions, and the only thing anyone measures is your blood pressure.
How it works
Easy to get into.
Four steps. The first three take about five minutes. You’ve spent longer looking for your hat.
- 01
Pick your ride.
Choose a medicine and how long you want the plan to run. One price, paid once, covers the consult and the medication if it’s prescribed. Then a few honest questions about your health, your history, and what you’re hoping for. Camera optional. Eye contact optional. Hat, your call.
- 02
Talk it through.
A licensed LPMD Medical Group clinician reads everything and gets back to you over secure chat. Video only where a state insists or your clinician needs a look. No waiting room. No paper gown. No small talk about the weather, unless you’re into that.
- 03
Get it delivered.
If medication is prescribed, the compounding pharmacy ships it discreetly to your door about every 90 days: plain box, no horse on the label, tracking in your portal. All 50 states and DC.
- 04
Stay in the saddle.
Round one not perfect? Normal. Tell your clinician over the same secure chat and the strength, the timing or the medicine gets adjusted. Your plan keeps rolling with the clinician who already knows your story. Nobody gets prescribed and ghosted.

The first ride
What to expect, night one and after.
It is a key, not an engine. Here is how the first few weeks usually go, so a slow start does not turn into a quiet quit.
- Night one
Take it as prescribed
Sildenafil and vardenafil about an hour ahead; a heavy meal slows them down. Tadalafil opens a window of up to 36 hours. Arousal is still required. Nobody gets a surprise.
- If round one misfires
Not a verdict
Common, and not a sign it will not work. The urology guideline says it can take several tries to judge a dose. Timing, food, alcohol and nerves are the usual suspects.
- Week 2
Re-route check-in
Tell your clinician how it went over secure chat. Dose up, dose down, switch medicines or change the timing. A message, not a new consult.
- Month 1 to 3
Dialed in
Most men land on a medicine and a dose that fits by now. Side effects, if any, are known and handled, or the plan has changed.
- Ongoing
The rest of the ride
Adjustments through the same chat with the clinician who knows your history, for the length of your plan. Heart-health check-ins at the intervals your clinician sets. Nobody gets prescribed and ghosted.
Timing and dosing from the sildenafil, tadalafil and vardenafil prescribing information; the several-attempts guidance from the American Urological Association erectile dysfunction guideline. Results vary.
Build your plan
Pick your ride.
Pick a medicine from the menu, then set the strength and how long you want to ride. The price updates as you go. One price covers your consult and, if prescribed, your medication; the longer the ride, the less each month costs, and we say exactly how much less.
Nicknames are ours. The medicine is the real thing, compounded by a licensed pharmacy. Your clinician chooses the strength with you and can change it at the check-in. Three price tiers: Saddle for the dissolving tablets at nine a month, High Noon for the high-strength troche and Blaze, Stallion for daily tadalafil and vardenafil. If your clinician moves you to a different tier, the difference is settled before anything ships.
One price, paid today, covers your consult and, if prescribed, your medication for the full plan. A licensed LPMD Medical Group clinician decides with you; a plan never guarantees a prescription. If medication is not appropriate for you, you are refunded under the . Compounded medicines are prepared by a licensed compounding pharmacy and are not FDA-approved. Oxytocin, alone or bundled, is off-label with limited evidence.
The Hung way
Back in the saddle.
Real medicine, straight talk, and a plan that keeps up with you. The rest of the herd is already moving.

Online visit. Medication to your door or your corner pharmacy. Fifty states and DC, one standard.

The price
One price.
The whole ride.
No membership. No mystery fees. No “call for pricing.” Your consult with a licensed clinician and your medication, if prescribed, are one price, paid once. Three tiers, set by what the medicine costs to compound. The longer the plan, the less each month costs.
- Consult with a licensed clinician, included
- Nine doses a month, if prescribed (thirty on daily Trot)
- Home delivery, shipped about every 90 days
- Available in all 50 states and DC
Twelve months on the Saddle tier costs about one dollar a day. And it shows up.

The bundle. Add Campfire, oxytocin, to a Quick Draw, Mustang, Long Rider or Dark Horse plan for $19 a month (Ember, 50 IU) or $35 a month (Blaze, 250 IU), whatever the plan length. It ships in the same box. On its own it follows the ladders above.
Hard questions. Straight answers.
Go ahead.
Ask the big one.
We’re comfortable talking about it. You can be, too.
So… will this actually make me hung?
The name is a wink and the horse is a mascot. These medicines do not change your size. They can help with getting and keeping an erection when that is what’s going on, and confidence has never needed a measuring tape.
Be honest. Is this normal?
Extremely. Around 30 million men in the U.S. have dealt with erections that don’t cooperate, and most of them never mention it to anyone. Stress, sleep, blood pressure, alcohol, medications, and plain bad luck all play a part. It is common, it is usually very treatable, and nobody here is keeping score. NIDDK has the numbers.
What does the price include?
Everything. Your consult with a licensed LPMD Medical Group clinician, and, if medication is prescribed, your medicine for the full length of the plan: nine doses a month for the as-needed medicines, thirty a month on daily Trot, shipped discreetly about every 90 days, plus follow-up and adjustments by secure chat. Three price tiers, set by what each medicine costs to compound. Saddle, the dissolving tablets, is $35 a month for three months, $32 for six, $30 for nine and $29 for twelve; High Noon and Stallion run higher and the ladder shows every number. A one-month test ride is there too, priced to cover its own consult.
Why is the longer plan cheaper?
Because it is less work for everyone. One evaluation, one plan, fewer check-ins about refills. We pass that along. Twelve months on the Saddle tier at $29 a month saves you $72 against paying the three-month rate all year, which is 17 percent, and we would rather say the number than make you do the math.
What if the clinician says no?
Then you are refunded under the Refund Policy. A plan never guarantees a prescription; a licensed clinician reviews your history first and decides with you. If medication is not appropriate for you, or your situation cannot safely be treated online, you get your money back less the clinician’s evaluation, and we tell you the amount before it is issued.
Which one should I get into?
Start with what you’re experiencing, your health history, and your current medications, then have the conversation. Mustang is sildenafil on its own, the classic, for an evening. The Long Rider is tadalafil, the long window, daily or as needed. Quick Draw puts both in one tablet. The Dark Horse is vardenafil, the third molecule, for men the first two did not suit. Campfire is oxytocin, off-label and honest about the thin evidence, alone or added to any ride. Pick the one that sounds like you in the plan builder; your clinician confirms or redirects. Meet the lineup.
Are these compounded? Are they FDA-approved?
Compounded, yes. FDA-approved, no. Every medicine in the lineup is prepared for you by a licensed compounding pharmacy on your clinician’s prescription. Compounded medicines are not FDA-approved and the FDA has not reviewed them for safety, effectiveness or quality. Sildenafil, tadalafil and vardenafil exist as FDA-approved tablets from retail pharmacies; our dissolving tablets and compounded doses are not those products and are not generics of them. Oxytocin for men’s sexual health is off-label. We say all of this on every page because you should know exactly what you are taking. FDA explains compounding.
Where do you ship?
All 50 states and Washington, DC. If medication is prescribed, the compounding pharmacy ships it to your door, about every 90 days. The box says nothing about what is inside. The visit itself happens wherever you are, in whatever you happen to be wearing.
Is the visit chat or video?
Most visits are chat based: secure messaging, on your schedule, no camera required. Yes, we know why you asked. Video is used only where a state requires it for a particular service, or where your clinician needs to see something to treat you safely. If your visit needs video, we tell you before you pay.
How fast will I hear back?
As soon as reasonably possible after you start your plan, which, given how long most men wait to ask in the first place, is quick. Timing depends on how many people are ahead of you, how complex your case is, and whether anything else is needed before a decision.
Do you take insurance?
No. Hung is cash pay. No claims, no surprise bills, no explaining yourself to a billing department. You may submit your receipt to your insurer where that is allowed.
Is it private?
Yes. Secure technology, and the privacy and security requirements that apply to telehealth. No waiting room, no lobby, no running into your neighbor at the counter. Nothing about your visit is shared with anyone outside your care team. What you do with the good news is your business.
Will it work the first time?
Often. Not always. Some men need a strength adjustment or a couple of tries before they find their footing, and that is normal, not a verdict. Two things to know going in: these medicines are not a light switch, so arousal still has to do its part, and nerves have talked more than one first night out of happening. Give it a fair shot and report back to your clinician over the same chat. Adjustments are part of the plan.
Can I have a drink first?
One is fine. Several is a different story. Alcohol is one of the most common reasons things don’t go to plan, medicine or not, and heavy drinking with these medicines can drop your blood pressure and leave you dizzy. Liquid courage has a ceiling. Stay under it.
Can I double up for a bigger night?
We admire the ambition. No. Quick Draw already carries two erection medicines in one tablet, which is exactly why you never add another, never take two, and never move up to High Noon on your own. The same goes for Mustang, the Long Rider and the Dark Horse: one dose in 24 hours. Do not mix any of them with nitrates like nitroglycerin, poppers, or cocaine. More is more risk, including dangerous changes in blood pressure, heart rhythm problems, or a prolonged erection. Follow the plan your prescriber gives you.
Does “up to 36 hours” mean what I think it means?
It means what the label means, which is less dramatic than what you’re picturing. Tadalafil’s longer window means you may respond to sexual stimulation during that time. It does not mean a continuous erection. An erection lasting four hours needs emergency care. Read the Long Rider page.
Why nine a month?
Because that is how as-needed medicine actually gets used. Nine doses covers a couple of nights a week with room to spare, keeps the price honest, and means you are not paying for a drawer full of tablets. Daily Trot is the exception at thirty. If your rhythm is different, say so at the consult; your clinician sets the count, and the check-ins are where it gets adjusted.
What is Campfire doing on the menu?
Less than the erection medicines, and we say so. Oxytocin is the hormone people associate with closeness, and a small trial found effects on some aspects of sexual experience without improving desire or erectile function. Its use here is off-label, the evidence is thin, and we do not promise a chemistry effect. Add it to any ride for $19 a month (Ember) or $35 (Blaze), or leave it off; the erection medicine does the heavy lifting either way.
Is there anything you won’t prescribe?
Controlled substances. That includes opioid pain medications, benzodiazepines, and stimulant medications used for ADHD. Hung is focused care for men’s sexual health, and a clinician decides what, if anything, is appropriate for you.
Why the cowboy?
Because he isn’t posing. He’s facing the sun with his back to the room, which is roughly how most men handle this subject. We’d like to turn him around. Also, we tried giving the stallion the whole site and it kept stealing the show.
Can Hung be my primary care doctor?
No, and we’re flattered you asked. Hung is focused care, and we are honest about that. Keep your primary care relationship, and tell your regular clinician what you are taking.
Ready when I am?
Build your plan whenever you like, day or night. We’re always up for it, and the saddle’s ready when you are. A clinician reviews your information and follows up. If treatment is appropriate, your medication ships to you or goes to your pharmacy, anywhere in the 50 states and DC. An evaluation always comes first, and a prescription is never guaranteed.
The serious part
Good sense.
Great starting point.
Sildenafil, tadalafil, and vardenafil must not be used with nitrates of any kind (including nitroglycerin), nitrite “poppers,” or riociguat. These combinations can dangerously lower blood pressure. They must not be used with cocaine or other stimulant drugs, which raise the risk of heart attack and dangerous rhythm changes. Never combine them with another erection medicine and never take more than your prescribed strength; Quick Draw already carries two in one tablet. Tell your clinician about your health conditions, every medicine you take, and any recreational drug use.
Seek emergency care for an erection lasting four hours. Stop the medicine and get prompt medical help for sudden vision or hearing loss. For chest pain, stop sexual activity and call 911; tell responders which medication you took and when. Do not take nitrates yourself afterward.
Every medicine in the lineup is compounded and not FDA-approved. Each is prepared for you by a licensed compounding pharmacy on a clinician’s prescription; the FDA has not reviewed these formulations for safety, effectiveness or quality, and they are not generics of the approved tablets sold at retail pharmacies. Oxytocin is used off-label with limited, mixed evidence and is not an erection medicine.
Read the Quick Draw, Mustang, Long Rider, Dark Horse and Campfire pages and their prescribing sources. NIDDK: treatment and safety. General information is not a diagnosis or an individual treatment plan.
Telemedicine terms, in plain English
The fine print.
Read it anyway.
A summary of how Hung works and what you agree to when you start a plan. The full documents are in the footer.
Who provides your care
Hung is a brand. Medical care is provided by licensed clinicians of LPMD Medical Group (LPMDMG) who are licensed to treat patients in the state where you are located during your visit. The Cura Collective, a separate management services organization, provides non-clinical support; Hung is a Venture portfolio brand. Clinical decisions are made only by LPMDMG clinicians.
Who can use Hung
Adults 18 and older who are physically located in one of the 50 states or the District of Columbia at the time of the visit and can consent to their own care. You agree to give accurate, complete information about your health, your history, and your medications.
Chat first. Video where mandatory.
Visits are chat based by default: secure, asynchronous messaging with your clinician. Video is used when a state requires it for a particular service or when your clinician needs to see you to treat you safely. If your visit needs video, you are told before you pay.
What the plan price covers
One price, paid when you start, covers your consult with a licensed clinician and, if medication is prescribed, your medication for the full plan length, shipped to you about every 90 days, plus follow-up by secure chat. It does not cover labs or care outside your plan. Hung does not bill insurance.
Refunds
If a clinician decides medication is not appropriate for you, or that your situation cannot safely be treated online, the plan price is refunded less the clinician’s evaluation, and you are told the amount first. Fully refundable before a clinician starts evaluating your case, or on a billing error. Not refundable once medication has been dispensed, after a no-show, or after a very late cancellation.
Prescriptions
A plan never guarantees a prescription. Clinicians do not prescribe controlled substances. Every medicine in the lineup is a compounded preparation from a licensed compounding pharmacy and is not FDA-approved; oxytocin is used off-label. Your clinician chooses the strength with you and can change it.
Not for emergencies
Call 911 for chest pain, trouble breathing, fainting, or signs of a severe allergic reaction. An erection lasting four hours, or sudden loss of vision or hearing after an erection medicine, needs emergency care now.
What never mixes
Sildenafil, tadalafil, and vardenafil are never used with nitrates of any kind (including nitroglycerin), nitrite poppers, riociguat, cocaine or other stimulant drugs, or another erection medicine. Tell your clinician about every medicine, supplement, and recreational drug you use.
Privacy
We use secure technology and follow the privacy and security requirements that apply to telehealth. Your health information is used to provide your care and run the service, and shared only as needed for that purpose or as the law requires.

Hung looks
good on you.
Take your time. Have a look around. We like a little anticipation. When you’re ready, the horse is already saddled and the price is on the tag.
